Delete your PairPic account and data
PairPic is operated by Morsol Systems. You can delete your account in the app or request deletion by email, including if you have uninstalled the app.
Delete in the app
- Open PairPic and go to Settings.
- Under Account, choose Delete account and confirm.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@morsolsystems.com with the subject “PairPic account deletion request.” Tell us the display name you used, your approximate last-use date, and any account or invite details you still have. Do not send private photos or passwords. Because PairPic accounts have no email address or password, we may ask for more information to identify the correct account before deleting it.
What deletion covers
Account deletion closes your pair and removes the PairPic account, profile and pair records, invite records, reports linked to your account or current pair, and the pair's shared photos, drawings, captions, and wallpapers from the service. It also ends your partner's access to that pair. You can delete your own sent photos without deleting your account by opening a photo in PairPic and choosing Delete my photo.
Temporary uploads can remain for up to 24 hours, and pseudonymous usage events can remain for up to 90 days. A photo cached on an offline partner device may remain until the widget refreshes. A wallpaper already applied to a device remains until that device's owner changes it. We cannot remove copies someone saved outside PairPic. Other retention, if legally required, is described in the privacy policy.
